	Slayn & Korpil was a manufacturer owned and operated by a Verpine Verpine Sentient Species colony in the Roche asteroid field. Shortly after the Battle of Yavin Battle of Yavin Event Galactic Civil War , the company, under the supervision of then-Commander Ackbar Ackbar (Mon Calamari) Character Supporting Characters , contributed the B-wing starfighter B-Wing Heavy Assault Starfighter Starship Starfighter Models to the war efforts of the Rebellion; this ship saw much use in the climactic Battle of Endor Battle over Endor (Endor Campaign) Event Galactic Civil War . Along with the three standard B-wing starfighter models, the company made limited-production B-wings as well. Slayn & Korpil also made fighters for the Old Republic during the Clone Wars, most notably the V-19 Torrent Starfighter V-19 Torrent Starfighter Starship Starfighter Models . Slayn & Korpil was originally a Verpine Hive colony company based in the Roche Asteroid Field. Slayn & Korpil was allied heavily with the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War. They developed the B-wing, the B-wing/E, and the B-wing/E2 for the Rebels.
